The Silicon House · Arm Education

The world's most pervasive compute platform, taught openly to the next generation.

NeuroCampur.ai fully supports Arm as a provider of the highest quality semiconductor educational resources. From microprocessors and system on chip design to VLSI, embedded systems and edge AI, Arm Education gives students, educators and engineers a free, rigorous route into the silicon industry.

Our position

NeuroCampur.ai fully supports Arm as a provider of the highest quality semiconductor educational resources.

We recommend Arm Education without reservation to every Malaysian student, academic and educator in our network. It is free at the point of use, industry grade in its depth, and directly aligned to the skills Malaysia needs as it builds its own chip design capability. Where a student in our community asks how to enter semiconductors, this is where we send them.

Rigour that universities can adopt

Education kits arrive with lecture slides, lab manuals and solutions, so a department can teach a full semiconductor module without building it from nothing.

Open access, no paywall

Courses run on edX and Coursera and kits are published openly on GitHub, which means a student in Kuala Lumpur or Kuching learns from the same material as one in Cambridge.

Taught on real industry technology

Learners work with the architecture inside billions of devices, from Cortex-M microcontrollers to Armv8-A systems and edge AI deployment.

Arm and Malaysia

Arm sits at the heart of Malaysia's Silicon Vision.

In March 2025 the Malaysian government selected Arm as a key strategic AI technology partner, the country's first major step towards a world leading AI chip ecosystem. Arm CEO Rene Haas and Chief Commercial Officer Will Abbey joined the Prime Minister, the Minister of Economy and the Minister of Investment, Trade and Industry at the MoU exchange ceremony in Kuala Lumpur.

Under the partnership Malaysia will invest USD 250 million over ten years to access Arm Compute Subsystem technologies and the Arm Flexible Access programme, building its own integrated circuit design environment and offering frontend IC design opportunities to the wider industry.

Most importantly for our community, Arm committed to training 10,000 Malaysia based semiconductor talents on Arm technology. That is a talent pledge, not just a licence, and it is why we treat Arm Education as national infrastructure for Malaysian students.
