The programme

Five guiding questions

One hour exploring how AI is moving from assistant to decision maker, and what that means for leaders, professionals and students in the UK and Malaysia.

  1. 01

Beyond the Hype: Is AI Really Changing How Organisations Think?

Having worked at the intersection of digital transformation, automation and AI, you have seen how technology has evolved over the years. But are organisations genuinely changing the way they think and make decisions, or are they simply using more sophisticated tools to do what they have always done? What has surprised you most about this transformation?

  2. 02

From PowerPoint to Intelligent Systems: What Does AI Transformation Actually Look Like?

You have explored how AI can turn complex data and conventional presentations into interactive applications that support strategic decisions. Could you walk us through a real example where AI has fundamentally changed how an organisation approaches a problem? More importantly, what made that transformation successful?

  3. 03

The Rise of Agentic AI: How Much Control Are We Willing to Give Away?

We are entering an era where AI can increasingly plan, make recommendations and execute tasks with limited human intervention. This raises an interesting question: if AI becomes better and faster at certain decisions, when should humans step aside, and when must they remain firmly in control? How do we strike that balance without compromising accountability and trust?

  4. 04

The AI Reality Check: Why Do Some Organisations Succeed While Others Struggle?

Many organisations are investing heavily in AI, yet turning experimentation into measurable business value remains a challenge. From your experience working with major European corporations, what separates organisations that successfully integrate AI from those that struggle to move beyond pilot projects? Is the biggest obstacle actually the technology, or is it something more deeply rooted in organisational culture and leadership?

  5. 05

Looking Towards 2030: What Will Make Humans Irreplaceable?

As AI becomes increasingly capable of performing tasks once reserved for highly skilled professionals, the definition of human expertise may need to evolve. What capabilities do you believe will become most valuable in the coming years, particularly for young professionals, entrepreneurs and future leaders? And if you could give one piece of advice to someone preparing for an AI driven future, what would it be?
