The speaker

Jeff "Griff" Griffin

Founder, Griffin Motivation · International keynote speaker on leadership and resilience

Jeff Griffin is the founder of Griffin Motivation, based in Ogden, Utah. After a construction accident left him paralysed, he set out to rebuild his life methodically, studying what separates leaders who perform from those who stall.

He went on to become a National Champion in wheelchair basketball, a four time All Star MVP, a Paralympic medallist and a two time Guinness World Record holder, and he won the St. George Marathon.

Over more than twenty years he has tested his tools on more than 200 teams across three continents. His frameworks, including Dream Weaving, the Possibility Principle, the Daily Dime and Op 252™, are used by senior leaders and owners to lead with clarity and belief. His work has been recognised at the United Nations.

“If you want something BIG to happen you have to think BIG.”

Programme

Six questions for the conversation

Designed for Malaysian students in the UK and participants joining from Malaysia, exploring where technology ends and the human spirit begins.

  1. 1

    Where motivation begins

You rebuilt your life after a life changing accident. What part of that journey do you believe no technology could ever have done for you, and where might AI genuinely have helped?

  2. 2

    Can a machine inspire?

AI can now write speeches and coach people through apps. Can a machine truly inspire someone, or does inspiration always need a human story behind it?

  3. 3

    Resilience in an automated age

As AI takes on more routine work, how should students and young professionals build the resilience to keep growing and adapting?

  4. 4

    Leading with clarity

Your work shows teams perform when leaders are clear. How can leaders use AI to sharpen clarity rather than add noise?

  5. 5

    Thinking BIG, together

What could Malaysian students in the UK and young people in Malaysia achieve if they paired bold thinking with AI tools?

  6. 6

    The one habit

If every listener adopted one daily habit tomorrow to stay human centred while using AI, what would it be?
