Five central questions

01

AI and the future of cancer diagnosis

How close are we to AI that meaningfully improves early detection, clinical prediction and personalised treatment? Where is the strongest evidence today?

02

Building Malaysia's AI powered cancer ecosystem

How can Malaysia overcome fragmented healthcare data and integrate clinical records, radiology, pathology and genomics into intelligent, connected cancer care?

03

From research laboratories to hospital wards

Why do promising medical AI innovations struggle to reach everyday practice, and what must change to deliver measurable improvements in patient care?

04

Trust, privacy and responsible medical AI

How can federated learning, secure health data environments and explainable AI protect patients while accelerating research?

05

Malaysia as a leader in healthcare AI

Could Malaysia lead the region in AI driven precision oncology, and how can Malaysian and British universities, hospitals and companies collaborate?

This session forms part of NeuroCampur's wider work to strengthen Malaysia and UK collaboration in AI, including the forthcoming Akal Budi AI 2027 at Oxford, where healthcare and AI will be central themes.
